The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading and managing all aspects of digital marketing, including strategy development, campaign execution, performance analysis, and optimizing the company's online presence to ensure alignment with organizational goals. You will collaborate closely with internal teams, external partners, and other stakeholders to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and engagement across digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities: - Performance Marketing:
- Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, social media ads, etc.) to maximize ROI.
- Conduct A/B testing to refine campaign performance and increase user engagement.
SEO and SEM Optimization: - Implement SEO strategies to improve website rankings and drive organic traffic.
- Manage SEM campaigns, ensuring alignment with business objectives and measurable outcomes.
Email and CRM Marketing: - Design and execute engaging email marketing campaigns to nurture and convert leads.
- Utilize CRM tools to track customer interactions, analyze data, and improve marketing effectiveness.
LinkedIn and Social Media Expertise: - Optimize and manage the company’s LinkedIn presence, including campaign creation, performance tracking, and employee account activation in line with company guidelines.
- Develop a comprehensive content calendar and event agenda for the entire year in advance, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and seasonal trends.
Content Planning and Event Coverage: - Coordinate logistical support for events, such as professional photography and media coverage, to produce high-quality content.
- Plan and execute promotional activities tailored to the Saudi market.
Team and Project Management: - Lead and manage designers within the department to ensure timely delivery of impactful campaigns.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners for seamless campaign execution.
Data-Driven Decision Making: - Monitor campaign performance metrics and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
- Prepare detailed reports on campaign effectiveness and ROI.
