About the role:
As the Digital Marketing Lead, you will oversee all aspects of our digital marketing efforts, including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email campaigns, and data analytics, ensuring all initiatives align with business objectives.

What You'll Do:


  •  Develop and implement a data-driven the digital marketing strategy aligned with company goals and objectives.
  • Working in close conjunction with the performance marketing team to continuously optimize and improve digital marketing campaigns to drive maximum ROI and achieve business objectives.
  • Manage and optimize various digital marketing channels including, SEO/SEM, social media marketing, CRM marketing, and influencer marketing.
  • Conduct research and competitor analysis to identify target audiences and develop buyer personas.
  • Create high-quality content that resonates with the target audience and drives engagement.
  • Analyze campaign performance using marketing available internal and analytics tools and identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as growth marketing, sales, tech, product and data teams to ensure a cohesive marketing approach.
  • Oversee the work of junior digital marketing team members.

Who You Are:


  •  Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms like Meta, Google Analytics, SEMrush, etc.
  • Strong understanding of social media marketing platforms like Facebook Ads Manager, Instagram Ads Manager, etc.
  • Knowledge of marketing automation tools
  • Understanding of SEO best practices and keyword research
  • First-hand experience with end-to-end digital advertising funnels and metrics such as CPC, CPM, etc.
  • Social media and content marketing (distribution of content)
  • Detailed understanding of marketing analytics and reporting
  • Experience with marketing budgets and ROI (Return on Investment)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Creativity and a passion for digital marketing
