Job Description

Role Purpose

Leveraging the agile practice in Vodafone, the candidate will work closely with the Ana Vodafone App and website squads to deliver an enhanced customer experience for Vodafone users. This role requires responsibility for executing, managing, and optimizing content while ensuring technical alignment with modern development practices.




Job Profile
  • Review and optimize existing content to enhance product & service sorting and visualization on the app/website.
  • Ensure timely and frequent updates of promotions and offers.
  • Manage and enhance all product details to improve customer experience by providing accurate and relevant information.
  • Collaborate with development teams to ensure smooth integration of frontend/backend updates with content strategies.
  • Drive the content strategy, including copy production and proofreading, while ensuring alignment with technical requirements.
  • Communicate with stakeholders to manage the implementation of copies and visuals on the app/website.
  • Deliver all new propositions and promotions from a content and technical alignment perspective.
  • Support data analysis and KPI tracking to ensure continuous improvement

  • Excellent command of English and Arabic.

Must-Have Technical/Professional Qualifications:


  • A strong understanding of technology, with foundational knowledge in programming.
  • Experience in frontend development (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript) or backend development (e.g., PHP, Python, Node.js) is highly preferred.
  • Familiarity with content management systems and digital platforms.
  • Excellent communication skills to bridge the gap between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
