Job Description

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES


Digital Channels Marketing Management:


1-Execute the online projects in coordination with business line based on annual objectives, by using effective and innovative communication channels.


2-Assist in implementing the business partners’ requirements by ensuring the communication messages meet the business requirements and ensure they are efficiently delivered to the target customers through a data driven approach.


3-Assist in development and execution of online advertising activities and campaigns and prepare marcomms briefs to external and internal parties providing support to execution.


4-Assist in executing the integrated marketing campaigns with internal or external parties to support in enhancing campaign objectives.


5-Report on financial & budget integrity of spend and assist in preparing insights on ROI of digital marketing activities.


6-Work closely with the agencies to ensure their understanding of CIB customers different profiles, building strong bonds with external providers to keep business workflow at its best execution.


7-Following up on the daily workflow with agencies, suppliers and ensure the abidance to projects/jobs set delivery dates.


8-Assist in preparing all marketing manuals and ensure they are in place prior to campaign launch.


9-Analyse promotions and advertising performance associated with assigned products/business marketing campaigns to report on the digital campaign progress end to end throughout the “Go to Market” phase


10-Collaborate with the content marketing team on all activities related to always on to align all digital activities with the overall digital calendar

11-Follow all relevant department policies, processes, standard operating procedures and instructions so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner


Day-to-day Operations


12-Follow the day-to-day operations related to own jobs in the Digital Channel team to ensure continuity of work


Compliance


13-Comply with all relevant CBE regulations, banking laws, AML regulations and internal CIB policies and code of conduct in order to maintain CIB’s sound legal position and mitigate any potential risks


QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, & SKILLS


Qualifications & Experience


§Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting or Information Technology or a related field


§1-3 years of experience 


Skills


§Excellent command of English and Arabic languages marketing, negotiation, communication and problem-solving skills
