Job Description

  • Conduct comprehensive digital business analysis to identify, define, and document current and future state processes.
  • Develop and maintain detailed business analysis documentation, including business requirement documents, use cases, and functional specifications.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and facilitate workshops to drive consensus on business needs.
  • Utilize IIBA principles and frameworks to ensure alignment with industry standards and best practices.
  • Collaborate with IT teams to ensure successful implementation of digital solutions that meet business objectives.
  • Analyze and document system functionalities, gaps, and risks, while providing recommendations for improvement.
  • Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) and provide support to business users throughout the testing process.
  • Stay current with trends in digital transformation and business analysis methodologies to continually improve processes.
