Job Description



Key Responsibilities:

Lead annual business planning with BMs, E-comm, agencies to define clear JTBD, objectives, and media plans.
Manage relationships with local agencies (Google, Meta, MediaComm, Oliver) and define KPIs.
Identify new digital opportunities to boost CH’s digital capabilities.
Guide BMs on optimal digital investments to achieve goals.
Represent CH ME in regional forums for best practices & new capabilities.
Collaborate on brand activations, ensuring alignment across all digital touchpoints.
Drive digital transformation and capability building for competitive advantage.
Lead internal education and customer engagement to maximize sales impact.

Qualifications:

Digital marketing qualification required.
10+ years experience in Digital & Media (Preferably in the Middle East).
Strong strategic thinking & team player.
Proven experience in project management & working with agencies (Meta, Google, media agencies).
Deep knowledge of online marketing concepts and best practices.
Expertise in SEO, PPC, Email Marketing, Social Media, E-Commerce, Influencer Marketing.
Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, DSPs, ad servers, SA360, social ad platforms, DMPs, and data analytics tools.
Highly analytical & results-oriented.
