Job Description

As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of client accounts, building strong relationships, and ensuring that client needs are met. Your role will involve understanding business goals, developing marketing and communication strategies, and providing recommendations for campaign optimization.


Key Responsibilities:


Establish and maintain relationships with new and existing clients.


Understand clients’ creative business needs and develop effective solutions.


Maintain regular communication with clients, providing updates on campaign progress and addressing any queries or concerns.


Take the lead on all client-facing interactions and oversee project phases to ensure deadlines are met.


Support Account Executives in drafting creative briefs based on client communication.


Collaborate with internal teams to develop communication strategies and compile final presentations.


Delegate tasks to team members, supervise day-to-day activities, and monitor project progress.


Oversee the development and execution of successful advertising campaigns, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget and performance objectives.


Lead and manage the performance of account executives, coordinating with community management and creative teams.


Approve ad design and copy before processing to clients.


Analyze data to identify trends and insights, providing clients with key takeaways.


Create advertising strategies and media plans, identifying the best digital platforms and tactics to meet client goals.


Prepare detailed reports, translating data from media platforms and Google Analytics into qualitative findings.


Resolve conflicts and offer timely solutions to clients.


Identify opportunities for business growth with existing clients.


Collaborate with the in-house design team to create compelling ad creatives and write clear, brand-aligned copy.


Communicate the progress of monthly and quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.


Qualifications:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 3-5 Of year of Proven experience as an Account Manager or in a similar role within the marketing/advertising industry.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools, including Google Analytics.
  • Creative mindset with a passion for developing innovative marketing strategies.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
