DevOps Engineer
Engineering · Cairo, Egypt (Hybrid) We are currently seeking a DevOps Engineer works closely with our engineering, operations, and product teams, and ensures our suite of servers and databases are operating smoothly. Key responsibilities & duties: Conduct regular on-call duties and address issues pertaining to operations. Qualifications: 2–3 years of infrastructure administration or programming experience Extensive experience of any of the major cloud providers: GCP, AWS and Azure Working familiarity with docker and Kubernetes Experience scaling APIs and websites Experience scaling and deploying Elastic Search clusters. Establish monitoring tools to increase service reliability.
Control deployment workflow
Create and develop tools/scripts to automate builds and backups.
Participate in the design and architecture of standards and methods for large, scalable distributed systems.
Engage in capacity planning and demand forecasting activities.
Solid Understanding of deployment systems
Professional level spoken and written English.
Strong command of Git and Linux
