Job Description
Main Objective:
Responsible for Leading the company’s technical vision
in capabilities, developing branded technical approaches, methodologies, building
technical solutions and demonstrations that differentiate the products and
services in the market.
What you'll do!
Leading the technical team in developing innovative solutions and delivering products and services to meet market demands.
Structuring and organizing the product development teams to ensure the delivery of all products and projects in a high-quality, efficient, and timely manner.
Ensuring that technological resources meet the company's short and long-term needs with proper Resource Planning and management.
Developing own related short-term and long-term technical roadmaps and budgets, driving execution and enabling the team to meet intended outcomes, and ensuring that resources are invested wisely.
Directing the company’s technical strategic direction, development, and capacity for future growth through core capabilities, solutions, and strategic partnerships.
Managing budget, Understanding cost drivers for human capital, and creative solutions to manage productivity.
Create overall technology standards and practices and ensure adherence.
Tracking, and monitoring technology performance metrics.
Manage a team of development professionals, providing guidance, support, training, and performance feedback.
What should you have?
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, or any related field.
20+ years of experience.
Experience in architecture software products, influencing product lines, specifications, and features.
Experience with software development models (especially Agile) is a must.
