Job Description

The Developer Relationship Specialist is responsible for managing relationship with all real estate developers, increase commissions and improve collection cycles with developers. This includes working with different departments across the company.


  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with all real estate developers.
  • Be the primary point of contact for all communication and interaction with developers.
  • Conduct regular check-ins with developers to ensure satisfaction and identify areas for

improvement.


  • Identify opportunities to increase commission revenue with existing and new developers.
  • Negotiate commission agreements with developers to ensure favorable terms for the brokerage.
  • Provide ongoing support and assistance to developers to ensure timely payments of commissions.
  • Work closely with the collection team to improve collection cycles and processes with developers.
  • Collaborate with developers to resolve any outstanding payment issues or disputes.
  • Develop and implement new strategies and processes to streamline the collection process and

improve cash flow.


  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective marketing campaigns to

promote new products and services.


  • Support the marketing team in getting better marketing materials from developers to use in

marketing campaigns.


  • Manage and resolve any conflicts that may arise with real estate developers.
  • Ensure that all conflicts are handled with professionalism and in accordance with company policies

and procedures.
