About Us:
OAK Architects is a dynamic and innovative architectural firm dedicated to creating exceptional spaces. We are currently seeking an experienced Design Team Leader to guide our talented design team.
Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of designers in creating high-quality 3D models and visualizations.
• Oversee project development from concept through execution, ensuring design excellence and adherence to timelines.
• Collaborate with architects and stakeholders to refine project objectives and deliverables.
• Facilitate design reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
• Manage team workflow, resource allocation, and project priorities.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in 3D design or architectural visualization.
• Degree in Architecture, Art and Design, or a related field.
• Proficiency in 3D design software (e.g., SketchUp, 3ds Max, or similar).
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Preferred candidates should reside in or near 6th of October or El Sheikh Zayed.
