Job Opportunity: Senior DesignerExpected Job Role:Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of designers, providing guidance and support to enhance their skills and creativity.Task Management: Set clear expectations, assign tasks, and manage workloads to ensure a productive and efficient team.Process Development: Create processes and procedures to enhance and support design practices.Project Oversight: Oversee the entire design project lifecycle, from concept development to final delivery, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.Schedule Management: Maintain close follow-up on project schedules, providing daily, weekly, monthly, and annual updates to ensure projects stay on track.Creative Direction: Provide creative direction and ensure that design concepts align with the client's objectives and brand identity.Innovation: Brainstorm and conceptualize innovative design ideas and solutions.Required Years of Experience:6-7 years of experienceTechnology/Technical Focus:Proficient with software such as 3D Max, AutoCAD, Photoshop, and IllustratorMain Skills/Competencies:Bachelor's degree in Architectural Engineering or Product DesignFluent in EnglishExceptional creativity and innovationProven ability to lead, motivate, and manage a design team, fostering a collaborative and productive work environmentStrong project management skills, including task prioritization, time management, and meeting deadlinesAbility to align design strategies with business goals and objectives, ensuring that design work supports overall company visionAbility to manage client relationships, understand client needs, and translate those needs into effective design solutionsExcellent skills in graphic design, including typography, color theory, layout, and visual hierarchyEffective communication skills, both orally and in writingStrong presentation skills, with the ability to present design concepts and prototypes to clients and senior management effectivelyWorking Conditions:Working Days: Sunday to ThursdayDays Off: Friday & SaturdayWorking Hours: 10:00 AM to 6:00 PMLocation: 6th of October
