As part of our Dell EMC Presales Engineer team, you will play a crucial role in our presales activities, working closely with our clients to understand their technical requirements and proposing effective solutions. Collaborate with regional partners to implement global initiatives and adapt global campaigns to address the unique needs of your market.

As the Dell EMC Presales Engineer, you’ll play a critical role in understanding client technical requirements and proposing effective solutions. Your responsibilities will include:

• Designing, implementing, and troubleshooting SAN and NAS storage solutions.
• Providing expertise in data protection mechanisms, including backup and recovery solutions.
• Integrating storage solutions into complex network architectures.
• Designing storage solutions that seamlessly integrate with virtualized environments.

Your contributions will directly impact our mission to help businesses run better, grow faster, and achieve their sustainability goals.

• 5-7 years of relevant industry experience in presales (technical) with certification on respective products.
• Proficiency in SAN and NAS storage solutions, data protection mechanisms, and networking concepts.
• Experience in virtualization technologies, especially with VMware and Hyper-V.
• Strong analytical and communication skills, with proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
