You will work closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure that data-driven decisions are embedded in our operational practices and business strategies.Key Responsibilities: • Own and manage the development of pricing monitoring tools and dashboards, ensuring real-time insights into market trends, competitor activities, and pricing performance. • Lead pricing committees, driving alignment across teams to refine pricing strategies, conduct simulations, and deliver actionable recommendations. • Develop and execute comprehensive pricing strategies that align with ATG's commercial and financial goals, leveraging data-driven insights and scenario planning. • Conduct advanced commercial analyses, including evaluating promotions, assortment performance, and market competitiveness to support decision-making. • Perform ad hoc analyses to validate decisions across sales, operations, and supply chain functions, providing timely and accurate insights to support leadership. • Build predictive models and scenario simulations to evaluate the impact of strategic initiatives and optimize resource allocation. • Provide financial and commercial decision support by analyzing profitability, cost structures, and resource allocation to guide business strategies. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate data-driven insights into practical, actionable strategies, ensuring alignment with business objectives. • Design and maintain reporting frameworks and dashboards to monitor key performance indicators and enable evidence-based decision-making. • Quantify market share and evaluate market positioning through detailed data analysis, identifying growth opportunities and strategic priorities. • Support leadership in evaluating new initiatives or operational changes through feasibility studies and scenario-based evaluations. • Drive the transition to data-driven decision-making by fostering a culture of analytics and enabling teams with robust insights and actionable plans. • Lead the implementation of initiatives, ensuring accountability and tracking progress to deliver measurable outcomes. • Conduct risk assessments and feasibility studies for operational and commercial initiatives, providing data-driven recommendations to mitigate risks and capitalize on opportunities. • Benchmark industry trends and incorporate innovative practices to maintain a competitive edge in decision-making and commercial strategy.
