About the role: As a Deal Desk Analyst, you will play a key role in ensuring accurate deal validation in CRM systems, maintaining data integrity, and providing actionable reporting to support sales operations. You will focus on validating deal structures, ensuring system accuracy, and delivering insights through analytics to improve efficiency and decision-making. This role is vital for maintaining accurate systems, producing actionable insights, and ensuring smooth deal operations. What you’ll do:
Validate deals in the CRM to ensure accuracy, compliance, and completeness.
Monitor and maintain data integrity across systems, identifying and resolving discrepancies.
Generate and analyze reports on deal metrics and approval workflows.
Partner with sales teams to resolve data issues and enhance deal accuracy.
Contribute to process improvement initiatives to streamline deal validation and reporting workflows.
What you’ll need to succeed:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
3+ years of experience in sales operations, data analysis, or CRM management.
Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce), reporting platforms, and Excel.
A detail-oriented approach, strong analytical skills, and a solution-focused mindset.
