Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities:- Formulate business problems and strategic objectives into data science projects
- Utilize company data to build appropriate solutions using advanced statistical heuristics
and machine learning techniques - Design the best approach to solve business problems, balancing accuracy and time
constraints - Identify the most suitable evaluation metrics for each data science solution
- Support the business by answering complex questions using advanced analytics
- Build scalable machine learning pipelines that will be deployed in production
- Perform in-depth exploratory data analysis to uncover hidden insights
- Design and run experiments for hypothesis testing, and analyze the results
Mentor and guide junior data science team members
REQUIRED EDUCATION, KNOWLEDGE, AND SKILL- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Computer Science, Statistics,
Mathematics, Engineering) - 3-5 years of experience in a data science or similar role
- Proven experience in developing various machine learning and deep learning solutions,
including time series analysis, classification, regression, and clustering - Proficiency and demonstrated experience in Python data stack libraries (e.g., NumPy,
Pandas, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, Keras) - Proficiency and demonstrated experience in SQL and relational databases
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex
concepts to stakeholders - Experience in leading data science projects and mentoring junior team members
- Continuous learning mindset to stay up-to-date with the latest data science and machine
learning advancements
