Purpose of the Job
- Management of all data base related work for relevant PI projects with respect to product failures and material management
MAIN RESPONSABILITIES
Key accountabilities:
- Implement & configure the PI and Services Data Management System, to ensure exploitability and usability of the data.
- Extract, analyze & adapt relevant data in actionable form.
- Review & monitor data to assure data quality and feedback to teams for corrective actions.
- Add data aggregation and categorization information
- Support Reliability Growth actions in cooperation with RAMS and Quality
- Support charge back recovery
- Participate in Return of Experience for failure management applications
- Provide support to other database users if being key user
- Link PI database to other relevant databases for operational purposes
- Capture data and elaborate KPI's dashboard, communicate and publish reports/results
- Respect the application of EHS rules and PI processes
Performance measurements:
- Readiness of PI and services Data Management System at warranty start
- Quality and availability of train failure data in Data Management System
- Quality and availability of data for material management
- Availability of KPI’s dashboard for PI and services organization
- Compliance with PI and services Implementation processes
Educational Requirements
Mandatory:
- Graduated from engineering school or equivalent
Desirable:
- Master’s degree in Engineering
- English
Experience:
Mandatory:
- Several years of technical experience, either mechanical or electrical / electronic engineering
- Railway safety & RAM
- Product knowledge
- Data analytics
Desirable:
- General Railway knowledge
- Field Experience
- Problem Solving skills
