Job Description

Role Objectives


As a Data Entry Specialist, I input and verify text and numerical data accurately and efficiently. I compile and sort information, correct errors, and ensure data integrity. Additionally, I generate reports, store data, respond to queries, and comply with security policies.


Roles & Responsibilities:


  • Enter text-based and numerical information from source documents efficiently and within the required timeframe.


  • Organize and verify the accuracy of data, prioritizing tasks to prepare source materials for computer input.


  • Identify and correct errors or deficiencies in data, ensuring compatibility and accuracy in the output.


  • Conduct research to obtain additional information for incomplete or unclear documents.


  • Utilize data processing techniques and adhere to established procedures.


  • Produce reports, store completed work in designated locations, and perform regular backup operations.


  • Scan documents and print files as needed to support workflow requirements.


  • Address queries related to data and provide access to relevant files or information.


  • Follow data integrity and security policies to maintain confidentiality and accuracy.


  • Collaborate with various teams to implement and configure system requirements as needed.



REQUIRED EDUCATION, KNOWLEDGE, AND SKILLS



  • Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Computer Science or Engineering, though not mandatory.


  • 0-1 Years of experience as a data entry or a similar role


  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, with mandatory expertise in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.


  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.


  • Capable of working both independently and collaboratively within a team.


  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.


  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.


  • Familiarity with Odoo is a plus.
