Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Data Analyst Intern to join our team. This full-time, hybrid internship is designed for recent graduates who are eager to gain hands-on experience in data analysis within a dynamic and forward-thinking company. As a Data Analyst Intern at Bayantech, you will work closely with our data team to support key projects and gain valuable insights into the localization industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in collecting, cleaning, and analyzing data related to translation and localization projects. Support the development and maintenance of dashboards, reports, and data visualizations to monitor project performance and client metrics. Collaborate with team members to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights that drive business decisions and enhance service offerings. Help with data integration and automation tasks to streamline reporting processes. Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and actionable manner. Participate in team meetings and contribute to brainstorming and problem-solving sessions.
Qualifications:
Recent graduate with a degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field. Proficiency in data analysis tools and programming languages such as SQL, Python, or R. Familiarity with data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or similar. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Ability to communicate complex data findings clearly and concisely. Self-motivated and able to work effectively in a hybrid environment (both independently and as part of a team). Excellent time management and organizational skills.
