Aumet is seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented Customer Support officer to provide exceptional assistance to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat. Resolve customer complaints and issues with a focus on delivering effective solutions. Provide detailed information about Aumets products and services to assist clients in making informed decisions. Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex technical or operational issues. Document customer interactions and feedback accurately in the CRM system. Identify trends in customer inquiries to provide insights for process or product improvements. Maintain a professional, empathetic, and customer-focused approach in all interactions.
Required Qualifications:
Proven experience in customer support or a similar role. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work under pressure. Familiarity with CRM systems and support tools.* A customer-first mindset with attention to detail and empathy.
