Aumet is seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented Customer Support officer to provide exceptional assistance to our clients.

  • Document customer interactions and feedback accurately in the CRM system.
  • Identify trends in customer inquiries to provide insights for process or product improvements.
  • Maintain a professional, empathetic, and customer-focused approach in all interactions.

Required Qualifications:


  • Proven experience in customer support or a similar role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work under pressure.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and support tools.
  • A customer-first mindset with attention to detail and empathy.
