Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Customer Support First Line Intern to join our dynamic team for a 3-month paid internship. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in customer support within the exciting field of AI advertising solutions. As a first line of support, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our clients receive exceptional service and assistance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Interaction: Provide timely and effective responses to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone. Address and resolve basic support issues, and escalate more complex problems to senior team members.
- Product Knowledge: Develop a strong understanding of Intouch.com’s products and services to accurately assist customers with their questions and concerns.
- Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot and resolve initial customer issues related to our AI advertisement solutions. Log and track support requests using our internal ticketing system.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, issues, and resolutions. Document recurring problems and feedback to help improve our support processes and product offerings.
- Feedback Collection: Gather customer feedback and insights to assist in enhancing our support processes and service quality.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the customer support team and other departments to ensure a seamless and effective customer experience. Participate in team meetings and training sessions.
