Chefaa is a health and wellness company that provides an online platform for customers to order both their prescriptions and non-pharmaceuticals and have them delivered to their doorstep. As a Customer Success Specialist, you will have a crucial role in securing customer satisfaction by identifying their needs and providing excellent service in response. The ideal candidate will be an empathetic and patient communicator with a talent for troubleshooting and conflict resolution. They will use their creative problem-solving skills to find solutions for any issues that customers may encounter during the ordering or delivery process.Responsibilities Responsible for handling customer inquiries and concerns through our inbound/outbound channels. Tracking customer experiences across online and offline channels, devices, and touchpoints. Work in conjunction with various departments and team members to enhance customer services, brand awareness& retention. Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support. Participating with Ad-hoc tasks that may include reviewing historical records, and going on additional outbound calls Work closely with other team members to ensure that all user inquiries are handled promptly and efficiently. Requirements Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent. 0-2 years of experience in a customer support or service role Strong verbal and written communication skills. Customer Satisfaction Focused Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively to provide solutions. High sense of responsibility Proven record of success in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. Excellent Level in English.
