Job Description

Chefaa is a health and wellness company that provides an online platform for customers to order both their prescriptions and non-pharmaceuticals and have them delivered to their doorstep. As a Customer Success Specialist, you will have a crucial role in securing customer satisfaction by identifying their needs and providing excellent service in response. The ideal candidate will be an empathetic and patient communicator with a talent for troubleshooting and conflict resolution. They will use their creative problem-solving skills to find solutions for any issues that customers may encounter during the ordering or delivery process.


Responsibilities
  • Responsible for handling customer inquiries and concerns through our inbound/outbound channels.
  • Tracking customer experiences across online and offline channels, devices, and touchpoints.
  • Work in conjunction with various departments and team members to enhance customer services, brand awareness& retention.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
  • Participating with Ad-hoc tasks that may include reviewing historical records, and going on additional outbound calls
  • Work closely with other team members to ensure that all user inquiries are handled promptly and efficiently.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent.
  • 0-2 years of experience in a customer support or service role
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Customer Satisfaction Focused
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively to provide solutions.
  • High sense of responsibility
  • Proven record of success in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Excellent Level in English.
