Customer Success Manager"!
UNLOCK is an exciting AI Tech startup that is revolutionising the way companies find & work with services agencies.
Job Responsibilities:- You will be responsible for enhancing the entire client journey with UNLOCK.
- Create all the needed reports capturing client matches & clients conversion data on a monthly basis, as well as clients feedback and providers feedback.
- Capture providers’ & clients’ insights & actively recommend ways to improve the service providers and clients experience, process or technical product according to those insights.
- You will work very closely with our leadership team and our technology teams to capture insights that can help us continuously evolve our technology to meet customers’ needs.
- Own & enhance the UNLOCK Onboarding process for service providers, providing an excellent end to end experience for service providers once they join UNLOCK.
- The job scope will evolve according to the business needs and priorities over time.
Job Requirements:- 2 - 4 Years of Experience as a Customer Success Manager.
- High level of communication and collaboration skills.
- Strong technical skills or ability to quickly learn technical concepts.
- Experience managing, consulting and negotiating with Enterprise customers.
- Time Management Skills.
- Fluency in English.
