UNLOCK is hiring now for a "Customer Success Manager"!UNLOCK is an exciting AI Tech startup that is revolutionising the way companies find & work with services agencies.Job Responsibilities:You will be responsible for enhancing the entire client journey with UNLOCK.Create all the needed reports capturing client matches & clients conversion data on a monthly basis, as well as clients feedback and providers feedback.Capture providers’ & clients’ insights & actively recommend ways to improve the service providers and clients experience, process or technical product according to those insights.You will work very closely with our leadership team and our technology teams to capture insights that can help us continuously evolve our technology to meet customers’ needs.Own & enhance the UNLOCK Onboarding process for service providers, providing an excellent end to end experience for service providers once they join UNLOCK.The job scope will evolve according to the business needs and priorities over time.Job Requirements:2 - 4 Years of Experience as a Customer Success Manager.High level of communication and collaboration skills.Strong technical skills or ability to quickly learn technical concepts.Experience managing, consulting and negotiating with Enterprise customers.Time Management Skills.Fluency in English.Benefits:Exciting PackageHybrid working model; 2-3 days from the office.
