Job Description
Duties:
• Receive clients’ requests& claims, providing support to resolve their cases.
• On-boardclients& ensure theirfamiliaritywithAmanleek aftersales benefits.
• SendSurveys to evaluate client purchase experience feedback.
• Engage with clients on regular basis with updates,reminders etc.
• Conduct research on customer experience to get client’s feedback when needed.
• Contact clientsforrenewal offers and renewing their policies.
RequirementsBachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer success, account management, or a similar role.
Proven track record of successfully managing and growing customer relationships.
Strong understanding of customer relationship management (CRM) software.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to build strong relationships with customers at all levels of the organization
Proven ability to negotiate and close deals.
