We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Team Leader to join our dynamic team at NAOS Solutions in the Customer Service department. As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading and motivating a team of customer service representatives to provide exceptional service to our clients.
Lead and support a team of customer service representatives
Monitor team performance and provide coaching and feedback
Ensure team meets and exceeds customer service goals
Handle escalated customer inquiries and issues
Collaborate with other departments to improve overall customer experience
Work Location: Maadi, Cairo
3+ years of experience in customer service, with at least 1 year as a team leader.
Demonstrated leadership skills with at least 1 year of team management experience
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills
Ability to work well under pressure and handle challenging situations
Proficiency in using customer service software and tools
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding team targets
Flexibility to work in shifts and weekends as required
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to motivate and coach team members to achieve performance goals
