NAOS Solutions is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Supervisor to join our dynamic team in the Customer Service department. As a Customer Service Supervisor, you will lead and motivate a team of customer service team leaders and representatives to provide exceptional service to our clients.
Lead and support a team of customer service team leaders and representatives.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication and resolution of issues.
Monitor team performance and provide coaching and feedback to drive continuous improvement.
Collaborate with other departments to enhance the overall customer experience.
Identify training needs and develop training programs to enhance team skills.
Work Location: Maadi, Cairo
3+ years of experience in customer service, with at least 1 year in a customer service supervisory role.
Experience in offshore call centers handling voice, email, and chat support.
Demonstrated leadership skills and experience in supervising a team
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to handle difficult situations
Proficiency in customer service software and tools
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
Flexibility to work occasional evenings and weekends
