Join our dynamic Customer Service department at NAOS Solutions as an RTM- Call Center representative. In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently managing real-time operations within our call center to ensure optimal service levels and customer satisfaction.
Monitor call queues and real-time performance metrics to make data-driven decisions
Adjust staffing levels and schedules to meet service level agreements
Collaborate with team members to address any operational challenges and ensure smooth call center operations
Provide timely updates and reports to management on call center performance
Work Location: Maadi, Cairo
Minimum of 1 year experience in a call center environment
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability to handle high call volumes and maintain professionalism
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet
Proficiency in using call center software and CRM systems
Flexibility to work in shifts and weekends as required
Strong customer service orientation and empathy towards customers
Ability to work well in a team and collaborate effectively
Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation
