Customer Service Executive

Purpose of the Job

Ensure excellent customer service is provided to customers in timely manner, by adhering to policies and standards to achieve highest satisfaction levels.

Job Description

Deliver exceptional service, resolve inquiries promptly, and exceed customer expectations to build lasting relationships Actively listen to customer concerns, identify solutions, and follow up to ensure resolution Provide clear and concise information to customers through various channels, fostering a positive experience Collaborate effectively with colleagues to achieve departmental goals and ensure seamless customer service Adhere to established customer service policies and procedures while meeting key performance indicators (KPIs) Contribute to maintaining and improving customer service standards through initiative and feedback

Job Responsibilities - Experience and Education

Bachelors degree in Business or related field 2 years of experience in a customer service role
