ROLS & RESPONSIBILITY
1. Taking inbound calls and responding to customer inquiries and complaints.
2. Researching required information using available resources.
3. Handling and resolving customer complaints regarding customer service problems.
4. Providing customers with the organization’s service information.
5. Processing forms, orders, and applications requested by the customers.
6. Identifying & escalating priority issues and reporting to the high-level management.
7. Following up complicated customer calls when required.
8. Completing call notes and call reports as necessary and updating them into system.
9. Excellent communication in Georgian & English language including verbal and written.
10. Able to react effectively and calmly to customers at times of emergencies.
11. Able to maintain customer confidentiality.
