Job Description

The Position

Our Sales team support our customers by providing clinical information about products, educational information, clinical training programs and resources. We support healthcare providers and healthcare systems meet the goals of the patients in their communities.  

Responsibilities:

• Fully understand the organization ethics and values and then apply that knowledge to their interactions - Ensure high level of ethical standards of business in place. 
• Plan and execute calls to healthcare institutions within the assigned territory and in accordance with company Policies and Procedures and compliance with legislation.
• Provides healthcare professionals with the scientific information, the necessary clinical and outcomes data regarding Company’s products and services.
• Effectively builds rapport with customers by probing for needs and recommending appropriate solutions.
• Participate in scientific events for healthcare professionals.
• Responsible for Women Health Portfolio - public and private hospitals.
• Planning and conducting daily visits to HCPs to promote assigned products, convey company messages.
• Responding to all customers’ questions and concerns in an appropriate and satisfying way.
• Ability to provide business-to-business partnership solutions that can drive revenue and save cost.
• Achieves monthly, quarterly, and annual goals, while ensuring the optimum customer experience and satisfaction by following established processes and procedures.
• Execution of marketing strategy in full alignment with Brand & Customer Managers.
• Collaboration with commercial & market access teams to achieve goals.

Required Education, Experience and Skills:

• BS degree in pharmaceutical science.
• Gharbia or Dakahlia resident.
• Working experience in multinational pharmaceutical companies would be a plus.
• 2+ years of experience in women health field.
• Experience in fertility therapeutic area (preferred).
• Ability to travel as the representative will be responsible for multiple governorates.
• Self-motivated and energetic with drive to excel.
• Good team player.
• Accountable and results oriented.
• Eager to learn.
• Proven sales track record.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Results oriented with ability to meet deadlines and handle challenging assignments.
• Very Good command of English language.
• Competent presentation skills.
