Role Objectives:
The Culture & Employee Engagement lead plays a crucial role in fostering a positive and productive work environment by designing and implementing initiatives aimed at building a happy thriving workplace. This role involves working closely with People Business Partners, management, marketing to develop strategies that promote a culture of inclusion, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Role objective is to promote Breadfast brand within the company and drive engagement, through creating memorable outstanding employee experiences that enable all our people to celebrate our unmatched workplace culture.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Design and implement employee engagement programs to foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Manage employee engagement events ensuring proper reach out to employees away from headquarters
- Assess various touchpoints in the employees’ journey from hire to retire; and work on enhancing them
- Develop initiatives that promote career advancement, self-directed learning, and work-life balance to enhance employee satisfaction and retention.
- Build and manage creative effective communication channels within the organization, ensuring transparency and collaboration across departments.
- Lead employer branding efforts by communicating the company's vision, mission, and values to internal and external stakeholders.
- Utilize videos as a main engagement and communication channel including video interviews with our Leadership team, reels for our employees and workplace, and event coverage.
- Create multimedia content and repurpose content for our employer brand on various social platforms for example YouTube Shorts, Reels, Stories, TikTok, etc..
- Establish and maintain relationships with teams, providing regular feedback and recognition to promote a culture of support and growth.
- Address employee concerns and challenges promptly and implement solutions to maintain a positive work environment.
- Responsible for the employee opinion survey including communication campaign to achieve the targeted participation rate, the analysis, action plan recommendation, and final product i.e. presentation of results to the leadership team
- Propose & moderate Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) activities that align with the company's values and goals.
- Organize volunteer programs, support community initiatives, and promote sustainability efforts to make a positive impact on society.
Required Education, Knowledge, and Skills:
- 5+ Years of experience in marketing or communication field
- Solid writing skills (English & Arabic)
- Strong knowledge of MS Office applications specifically PowerPoint and Excel
- Social media savvy
- Design skills using software such as Photoshop, Illustrator & Aftereffects is a plus
- Proven experience in designing and implementing employee engagement strategies.
- Strong knowledge of best practices in employee communication, employer branding, and CSR activities.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with employees at all levels of the organization.
