Role Objectives:
As the Creative Director at Breadfast, you will be at the forefront of shaping and defining our brand's visual identity. You will lead a talented team of creative professionals. Your role will involve bringing Breadfast's stories to life through innovative and captivating visuals that resonate with Breadfast audience.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Lead and mentor a team of Art Directors, Designers, and Senior Visual Creators to ensure the delivery of high-quality creative content.
Manage and oversee the Visual Content Creators and studio operations, including all production work for internally produced content, ensuring high-quality outputs that align with the brand's standards and objectives.
Develop and execute creative strategies that align with Breadfast's brand vision and business goals.
Oversee all aspects of visual storytelling, including design, videography, and multimedia content.
Collaborate closely with the marketing, product, and business development teams to create cohesive and impactful campaigns.
Ensure consistency and alignment of the brand's visual identity across all channels and touchpoints.
Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to keep Breadfast at the cutting edge of creative innovation.
Provide creative direction and feedback to ensure the highest standards of quality and creativity are met.
Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to deliver projects on time and within scope.
Required Education, Knowledge, and Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts, Graphic Design, or a related field.
5+ years of experience as a Creative Director/Art Director or similar leadership role in a fast-paced environment, advertising agencies and/or design studios.
A conceptual thinker with a strong visual portfolio showcasing a diverse range of work across different mediums and a passion for pushing creative boundaries.
Highly motivated self-starter with a proven track record of developing and executing campaigns across various platforms.
A deep understanding of visual storytelling and brand building.
