The Opportunity

This position provides IT solutions on behalf of the BTS organization and division IT, acting as the key primary country contact for all IT-related matters across Egypt, Turkey and North Africa, ensuring delivery and support of all IT solutions used in the country.  Assure appropriate alignment of all IT organizations and represent all to our customers and business contacts.

This position will be responsible for 2 to 3 countries, either remotely or on-site.

What You’ll Do:

• Is the primary business relationship manager for IT at the site.  Ensures execution of timeline communications at the affiliate.  Works across IT to ensure transparency to the IT organization.  Maintains effective relationships with all levels of management at the affiliate.
• Manages and develops all IT country team. Acts as a BAC team member at the site and participates in all strategic decisions related to affiliate IT at the site.
• Manage countries technology demands by initiating a project or informing responsible teams for execution and follows through and managing applications locally with vendors or local IT team teams and business owners
• Local point of contact for Supplier Management
• Owns local IT Controls findings, remediation plans and activities

Required Qualifications

• B.S. in Computer Science or similar engineering discipline
• M.S. in Computer Science or Software Engineering or Electrical Engineering

Preferred Qualifications

• Work Experience – At least 7-10 years of experience in IT, preferably in the health care industry or multinational company
• Managing a team and collaborating with global teams to deliver required results
• Turkish Language us a plus
• Ability to frequently travel
