Job Description SummaryEgypt is the largest and key focus country in Middle East & Africa Aspiring Markets. Along with the Country President of Egypt, the CCFO is a key role responsible for driving growth and managing profitability in Egypt. The role reports to the CFO of the Middle East & Africa Aspiring Markets and functionally to the Country President of Egypt
Job DescriptionKey responsibilities:- Contribute to the strategy development of the Egypt organization and ensure the execution within the finance function.
- Lead the business in managing performance, guide the business through financial analysis and "believer" mindset
- Work closely with cross functional teams to proactively manage the currency risk and pricing, protect and improve the company margin.
- Work with cross functional team on distributor management, responsible for credit risk management.
- Oversee risk management, finance compliance and controls. Develop, review and maintain the financial and control processes and policies
- Drive budget process, develop and implement financial and business plans. Ensuring alignment across the local organization.
- Engage in external and commercial activities with objective of driving growth, productivity and efficiency for business.
- Managing the relationship with banks, oversee tax, treasury, and production cost at manufacturing site.
- Lead and develop the finance talent pipeline
Essential Requirements- Degree in business/accounting, business administration or other relevant subject
- Professional experience more than 10y in a finance related role having acquired a deep understanding of finance and business activities
- Prior experience as finance lead or CFO of a volatile market with sales > $100m
- Open for changes mindset, persistent in the execution
- Solution driven, effective communication and influencing ability
Desirable Requirements- Knowledge of healthcare industry and external trends
- Master degree of business administration or Degree in Medical related
