Perform financial/Cost simulations, product costing & estimates and CAPEX evaluations as required ensuring full transparency of costs. Coordinate and provide inputs for budgeting, planning, and for the dynamic forecast. Active participation in Standard Cost Budget, Revision and Replacement Cost calculations. Ad hoc cost analysis for the needs of the business/factory/functional controllers. Fixed Assets - support E2E Project Team to control and tracking AUC , WBS , invoices posting and Depreciation forecast Ensuring all processes and analysis relating to costing master data, actual activities for Period End Close, and quarterly transfer price are completed accurately and on time, first time right. Follow costing guidelines and associated standard operating procedures when generating financial documents and performing daily activities. Perform routine audit activities within the factory, in line with best practices, to ensure compliance on critical areas eg) stock taking. Appropriately escalate business risks. Prepare and publish financial KPI data on a regular basis; perform analysis of KPI data and transfer this knowledge of the key figures to the relevant stakeholders in order to promote understanding. Perform accounting and costing knowledge transfer to shop floor and production supervisors. University Degree in Business/Finance Prior experience in Accounting or Costing, ideally within a factory or supply chain Proficiency in English and language of the market (where applicable) Basic knowledge of the 10 Corporate Business Principles Good knowledge of product composition Good knowledge and understanding of the manufacturing conversion process, and physical / technical aspects of a factory Good understanding of business processes, internal controls, the GLOBE best practices & systems supporting these E2E processes and functional best practices (particularly Finance & Control and Operations - Manufacturing) Good knowledge of Nestlé Costing Standards for Manufacturing Awareness of Nestlé Accounting Standards (NAS), and able to access Understanding of the Factory functions (Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Procurement) and their primary activities NCE literate with good understanding of NCE methodologies and supporting tools SAP Knowledge of all costing related modules Advanced knowledge of all MS Office programs, especially MS Excel" Perform financial/Cost simulations, product costing & estimates and CAPEX evaluations as required ensuring full transparency of costs.
