Job Description

  • Audit warehouse transactions addition, issuing and adjustment.
  • Follow-up all inventory transaction linked with inventory Expenses Account and validate.
  • Preparing monthly reports on inventory and stagnant items from all warehouses.
  • Collect cost information and maintain an expenses database.
  • Construct data accumulation systems.
  • Reviewing operating rates and production efficiency.
  • Determine fixed costs (e.g. salaries, rent and insurance).
  • Plan and record variable costs (raw material and operations costs).
  • Review standard and actual costs for inaccuracies.
  • Prepare budgeting reports (for the company and for each department).
  • Analyze and report profit margins.
  • Assisting in month-end and year-end closing.
  • Contributing to preparing the annual budget.
  • Identify and recommend cost-effective solutions.
