Job Description
Collaborate with business leaders to understand organizational goals, providing HR guidance and solutions to drive business success. Build strong relationships with managers and employees, promoting a positive and productive work environment. Address employee relations issues, ensuring fair and compliant resolutions that align with company policies. Assist in overseeing performance management processes, aligning individual goals with organizational KPIs. Support managers in conducting performance reviews, identifying development opportunities, and implementing performance improvement plans. Drive organizational development initiatives, including leadership development, succession planning, and career pathing. Facilitate change management processes to support business transformation and growth. Ensure that organizational structures and job roles are aligned with business needs. Utilize data analytics to assess workforce trends, identify areas for improvement, and measure the impact of HR initiatives. Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and industry best practices.

Education
Bachelor of Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
