The Corporate Projects ControlManager will oversee, monitor and control projects compliance with the contractual obligations, to makes sure that the work progress is meet goals.
Key Accountabilities- Oversee planning, quantity surveying, and cost control teams across HQ and project sites to ensure project efficiency.
- Perform value engineering analysis to optimize project costs and resources at all stages.
- Manage project timelines, address delays, and claim compensations when applicable.
- Ensure strict adherence to project scope and prevent unauthorized deviations.
- Collaborate with the financial team to manage cash flow, commercial bonds, and financial requirements.
- Audit cost control, planning, and quantity surveying processes to prevent errors and maintain accuracy.
- Prepare and present regular dashboard reports summarizing work progress, budget status, and KPIs.
- Ensure compliance with Earned Value Management (EVM) methodologies and contractual obligations.
- Provide financial and schedule updates to project managers, and oversee cost control training and auditing.
- Develop cash flow forecasts, maintain project insurances, and address other duties as needed.
Knowledge, Skills, and ExperienceWe Are Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management (Master’s degree or PMP certification is a plus).
- At least 15 years of experience in project controls, including 5 years in a similar role.
- Proven experience managing large-scale construction projects, focusing on scheduling, quantity surveying, cost control, and risk management.
- Proficiency in project management software like Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project.
- Strong knowledge of project management principles and best practices
