The candidate shall be drafting construction contracts and service agreements for the tendering phase, preparing tendering documentations ex. ITT, form of agreements, particular and general conditions of contract all to meet the strategy of each tender, under the supervision of the direct manager. Working closely with the tendering department to assess the commercial figures and escalation formulas added in the tendering documents. After the selection of the winning tenderer, the candidate shall reflect all the negotiations’ output, held between the parties during the tendering phase, on the contract documents along with all annexes (if any) to be ready for signature. Also, the candidate shall prepare any requested amendments on on-going contracts/agreements.
Also, drafting procurement agreements, other legal documentations when needed. Reviewing other operational agreement.
Continuous review and updating on the templates of the contracts/ agreements/ full documents to meet the market changes and the firm’s directions and strategy.

issue agenda & response to queries.
participate in the negotiation during the tendering clarification meetings and reflect the output on the contract documents.
Continuous updating and modifying of the Contractual master documents.
analysis of documentation and ability of relating different areas of the agreements.
drafting of correct articles and its cross references.
Indication of all risks allocated within the contract and means of mitigation.
