Continuous Improvement / OPEX Lead Lead and facilitate continuous improvement projects using methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or other relevant frameworks. Identify opportunities for improvement by analyzing existing processes, data, and feedback from stakeholders. Develop and implement improvement plans, including timelines, resources, and metrics for success. Train and coach team members on continuous improvement principles, tools, and techniques. Facilitate cross-functional teams to drive collaborative problem-solving and process optimization. Monitor and track the progress of improvement initiatives, ensuring they meet objectives and deliver measurable results. Collect and analyze data to identify trends, measure performance, and demonstrate the impact of improvement efforts. Develop and maintain documentation, including process maps, standard work instructions, and project reports. Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels to provide updates on progress, challenges, and successes. Foster a culture of continuous improvement by encouraging employee involvement, recognizing achievements, and promoting best practices. Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices in continuous improvement methodologies. Provide the necessary training to all employees for full implementation of Alpla ERP operations controlling tools and systems Ensure data quality and ERP data base is up to date. Represent the plant CI performance and achievements to the corporate. Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering or equivalent experience. 7+ years of experience in the industrial environment. Proven experience in leading and implementing continuous improvement projects. Strong knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, VSM, FMEA, TPM, MUDA,Standard work and Visual management). Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and influence others. Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools. Preferred qualifications (e.g., Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt) are a plus. Demonstrated ability to proactively identify and address challenges, adapting quickly and effectively to changing priorities and circumstances. Excellent English language verbal and written communication skills.
