A Content Creation Associate is responsible for creating, managing, and optimizing various types of digital content for InstaShop. The role requires creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. The Content Associate keeps our systems updated and has amazing tools at his/her disposal. Whether it’s reviewing the price of mangos or replacing a boring banana photo with a delicious one, the content associate is crucial for the operations and shopping experience of our users.
Primary responsibilities
· Content creation for multiple verticals
· Database management (barcodes, prices, images, tags etc.)
· Optimize content for SEO, including title tags, and keyword usage.
· To use the InstaShop services as per the company policies in order order to provide feedback on how to improve the service
Requirements
· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
· Able to perform complex tasks that require high level of focus
· Solid analytical skills and market research background
· Adequate command of MS
· Good organizational skills
· Strong oral, written, and verbal communication skills in English
· Ability to work independently or in groups
· Able to work under pressure to achieve targets
