: Egypt-Cairo Purpose of the Consultancy · Prepare high-quality donor proposals and concept notes by collaborating with program teams to gather required information, drafting, reviewing, and finalizing documents to ensure alignment with donor requirements and organizational objectives. · Draft high-quality donor reports by collaborating with the responsible implementing units to gather necessary information, ensuring compliance with donor templates and requirements. Experience required: At least 5 years’ related experience, at the international level in resource mobilization, donor relations and proposal writing. · Prior working experience with WHO or understanding of WHO mandate and goals Well-developed understanding of donor requirements and expectations. · Demonstrated ability to plan and implement work, and to communicate ideas effectively. Language requirements: Excellent knowledge of English.
