Responsible of overseeing all the logistics of a construction project, creating work schedules for the teams, and allocating responsibilities. Conduct site visits and report to project Managers on project progress.
- Designs construction projects by studying project concepts, M&E drawings, architectural & Civil drawings and models
- Prepares Engineering design by collecting and studying reports, maps, drawings, blueprints, and tests on soil composition, terrain, hydrological characteristics and related topographical, geologic data in addition to Hydraulic profiling
- Determines project costs by calculating labor, material and related costs
- Prepares Optimization study by analyzing engineering design in order to reach an optimized cost according to the required specifications
- Prepares engineering documents by developing construction specifications, plans, and schedules
- Confirms adherence to construction specifications & safety standards by monitoring project progress; inspecting construction site; verifying calculations and placements
- Maintains project database by entering data; completing backups and proper filing system to enable easy access to all sort of documents
- Contributes to team efforts by accomplishing related results as needed
