Job Description
Payroll Processing:
- Process monthly payrolls, including calculating wages, overtime, and deductions on our system (Odoo)
- Ensure all payroll transactions are processed accurately and timely.
- Verify timesheets, attendance records, and other payroll-related documents.
- Handle payroll discrepancies and issues promptly.
Compliance and Reporting:
- Ensure compliance with payroll laws and regulations.
- Maintain payroll records and documentation for audits and reconciliations.
Benefits Administration:
- Coordinate with HR to manage employee benefits deductions, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other voluntary deductions.
Customer Service:
- Respond to payroll inquiries from employees and resolve issues related to payroll.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing employee concerns and questions in a timely and professional manner.
System Management:
- Maintain and update payroll systems and software.
- Generate payroll reports and analytics for management and finance teams.
- Ensure payroll system is up to date with the latest regulatory changes and company policies.
