Job Description

Payroll Processing:


  • Process monthly payrolls, including calculating wages, overtime, and deductions on our system (Odoo)
  • Ensure all payroll transactions are processed accurately and timely.
  • Verify timesheets, attendance records, and other payroll-related documents.
  • Handle payroll discrepancies and issues promptly.

Compliance and Reporting:


  • Ensure compliance with payroll laws and regulations.
  • Maintain payroll records and documentation for audits and reconciliations.

Benefits Administration:


  • Coordinate with HR to manage employee benefits deductions, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other voluntary deductions.

Customer Service:


  • Respond to payroll inquiries from employees and resolve issues related to payroll.
  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing employee concerns and questions in a timely and professional manner.

System Management:


  • Maintain and update payroll systems and software.
  • Generate payroll reports and analytics for management and finance teams.
  • Ensure payroll system is up to date with the latest regulatory changes and company policies.
