About the role As a Compensation and Benefits Senior Manager at Sylndr, you will design, lead, and continuously optimize our compensation and benefits programs to attract, retain, and motivate talent. You will be responsible for ensuring that our compensation practices are competitive, equitable, and aligned with our strategic goals. This role will have a significant impact on developing and executing a comprehensive total rewards strategy that supports Sylndr's dynamic and diverse workforce while promoting a performance-driven culture. What You’ll DoDevelop and Oversee Compensation and Benefits Programs: Design and manage Sylndr’s total rewards offerings, ensuring they are comprehensive, competitive, and aligned with market trends and company objectives. Market Research and Benchmarking: Conduct regular market research and analysis to ensure Sylndr’s compensation packages are competitive. Use benchmarking data to propose adjustments that align with industry standards. Policy Development and Manager Support:Establish and update compensation policies and guidelines. Provide guidance and support to managers on compensation-related matters to ensure internal equity and alignment with company practices. Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyze compensation data, identify trends, and prepare reports and recommendations for senior management. Use data insights to support business decisions and improve compensation structures. Lead Compensation Review Processes: Drive the compensation cycle, including salary increases, bonuses, promotions, and other reward elements. Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure smooth execution and effective communication of changes. Design and Implement Compensation Enhancements: Propose and implement new compensation enhancements to stay aligned with market trends and employee needs. Monitor the effectiveness of these initiatives and make adjustments as necessary. Benefits Management: Oversee the administration of employee benefits, including health, wellness and other perks. Regularly review benefit programs to enhance value to employees and align with best practices. Compliance and Documentation: Ensure all compensation and benefits programs comply with relevant labor laws and regulatory requirements. Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation for audit and reporting purposes. Who You AreExperience: 7 to 10 years of experience in compensation and benefits, with a solid understanding of reward structures and benefits programs. Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to interpret and present data effectively. Experience with data visualization and reporting tools is a plus. Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with all levels of the organization and present recommendations to senior management. Problem-Solving and Attention to Detail: Demonstrated ability to solve complex compensation challenges with attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in data handling and decision-making. Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality work. Technical Skills Strong knowledge of compensation practices, job evaluation methods, and market analysis techniques. Proficiency in HRIS and compensation management software for data management and process automation.
