Engagements are typically focused on digitization of existing operations & processes and/or activation of digital customer engagement channels. With a team of 100+ tech and market consultants, robusta maintains an impactful footprint across EMEA and engages with its clients through its two key operations hubs in Egypt and Germany.
Position Overview
Design and implement a comprehensive strategy to enhance the brand presence of RTG, this will be successful through cultivating and nurturing relationships with RTG’s community members, stakeholders, and partners to strengthen brand loyalty and engagement.
What you’ll be doing
- Develop and execute outreach programs that connect the organization with target audiences, including local businesses, educational institutions, and industry groups.
- Identify and build partnerships with external organizations that align with the company’s values and objectives.
- Represent the company at community events, fairs, and conferences, serving as the main point of contact for community-related activities.
- Organize company-sponsored events, such as meet-ups, workshops, and networking events, to foster community engagement.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to produce community-focused content, such as newsletters, blogs, social media posts, and press releases.
- Develop and share content that highlights community success stories, company initiatives, and events, ensuring brand consistency and voice.
- Act as a liaison between the community and internal teams, communicating community insights and feedback to inform product and service enhancements.
- Plan and execute community events that align with organizational goals, such as webinars, virtual workshops, and in-person gatherings.
- Coordinate logistics for events, including venue selection, vendor management, attendee outreach, and on-site event management.
- Partner with relevant industry bodies, educational institutions, and organizations for co-hosting or sponsorship opportunities.
- Track and analyze community engagement metrics and outreach impact to assess the effectiveness of programs and initiatives.
- Compile reports on community activities and engagement levels, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Maintain a database of community members, partners, and influencers to help identify growth opportunities.
