Job Description

Pianat.ai is looking for a motivated and digitally savvy Community Manager to join our team. As a data-driven company, we value insights and strategic interactions that foster meaningful community engagement. This role will be responsible for building, nurturing, and managing an active community for pianat.ai, specifically targeting business owners, policy and decision-makers, and C-level executives who can benefit from our data solutions. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator with a deep understanding of digital communities, social media, and the nuances of high-level business conversations.

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Data Science, or a related field.
  • Experience: Proven experience in community management, social media management, or a similar role in a technology or data-centric company, ideally engaging with executive-level audiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Community Engagement & Growth: Engage with pianat.ai’s community across social media platforms, forums, and industry-specific channels to build a vibrant network of business leaders, decision-makers, and executives who align with our brand and solutions.
  • Content Strategy & Execution: Develop, curate, and manage posts, discussions, and multimedia that resonate with influential audiences, highlighting pianat.ai’s insights, data solutions, and industry expertise.
  • Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong connections with business owners, policymakers, and C-suite executives within the community, advocating for pianat.ai’s mission and creating pathways for potential business partnerships.
  • Customer Support & Feedback Loop: Address community questions, concerns, and issues with professionalism and promptness, gathering valuable feedback to inform product teams and enhance customer experience.
  • Data-Driven Insights: Leverage analytics to understand community engagement levels, identify patterns, and implement improvements based on high-level community feedback and behavior.
  • Strategic Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, content, and product teams to align community strategies with broader business goals, ensuring community efforts support customer acquisition, engagement, and retention among top-tier audiences.

    • Business Acumen: Strong understanding of the needs and challenges faced by business leaders, policymakers, and C-level executives, and the ability to engage them effectively.
    • Digital Savvy: Proficiency with social media platforms, community management tools, and analytics software.
    • Exceptional Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills, capable of conveying technical ideas in an accessible yet impactful way for high-level stakeholders.
    • Customer-Centric Approach: Ability to empathize with community members, offer prompt support, and advocate for their needs within pianat.ai.
    • Data Analysis & Reporting: Skills in interpreting community metrics and user insights to refine engagement strategies and optimize community outcomes for influential members.
    • Problem-Solving: Ability to troubleshoot issues and manage conflicts within the community constructively.
