What you’ll do



Assist in implementing communication plans aligned with the company’s brand and corporate objectives. Support the creation of compelling narratives tailored to various channels, ensuring consistency and engagement. Aid in corporate communications efforts to maintain and improve the company's image and reputation. Collaborate with the media and public relations teams to support external communication goals. Provide support for Corporate Responsibility initiatives, including partnerships with NGOs and international bodies. Work cross-functionally with Corporate Affairs teams to ensure communication is aligned with overall company strategies.

Applicants should possess the following qualifications to go through initial screening:



2 years of experience in Marketing / Communications Agency. Supporting Pharmaceutical Companies in Communications Plans & Events Management. Strong communication and storytelling abilities. Basic understanding of media dynamics and public relations. Leadership abilities and influential skills. Organizational skills and the ability to support project management tasks.

Two months ago, I started in the function of brand manager for a product that is about to be launched in one year. So all my daily activities are now focused regarding the building of and execution of the pre-launch plan. So this means that we will be conducting activities such as market research to better understand what a physician's perception is about our product and what physician's treatments behaviours are in general in this disease. We will also be training the sales force of course, so that we can bring the right information and the right messages to the physicians. Next to that, we were also engaging in partnerships with healthcare organisations or patient organisations. And for the patients, we will also be making information brochures so that they get the right information they need about their disease and about the treatment that they are receiving. And of course, very important during this COVID pandemic, we are also focused on identifying new ways to bring information to the physicians in this remote setting. Because of course finding the good balance between face-to-face interactions and remote visits will be key for the future.
